Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Install Nerva, pair a sensor, and use every Pro feature for a month. The trial expires on its own — there is no card to forget to cancel.
What happens after the trial if I don’t subscribe?
Nerva stops streaming the overlay until you activate a license. There is no degraded mode and no watermark you have to live with — we’d rather you keep a clean machine than a half-working tool.
How does the 30-day refund work?
The refund window opens the day your trial ends, so you have a full second month to decide. Email us — no support ticket gauntlet — and you get refunded.
Can I move the license between machines?
Yes. The license key activates Nerva on the machine you’re currently on. Moving to a new machine takes one paste of the key in the activation panel.
